Bought a dresser on @Overstock 3 days ago, now it’s $150 cheaper and they won’t give me the difference back. What poor customer service! Do better @Overstock - I’ll never buy from you again
@katespadeny still never honored their mistake. The managers are not doing what’s right. They honored the deal for my sister but are still giving me the run around. This is getting ridiculous and I never want to shop with them again. I tweeted before and sent a DM with no reply.
@katespadeny sent an email for a $25 backpack on the Surprise website and after they told me they made a mistake and would honor it, they still haven’t. They are just fighting me telling me every reason why they can’t but they honored it for my sister ???! Horrible customer serv
@tacobell you need to get the south Charlotte NC store under control, been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 mins and the car in front of me still hasn’t ordered!
