@Ali_in_Oz I’ve been tested and told I have it and then told I don’t by the same consultant a few weeks apart. I’ll definitely do that home test. Stairs are my nemesis, I get severe burning in my thigh muscles just trying to get up my stairs at home

@Ali_in_Oz Oh I’ll have a look at that. One of my worse symptoms is positional vertigo. A neurologist said I need an anti inflammatory diet and balance exercises

@Ali_in_Oz It’s all just very frustrating. There’s no research going on in the uk and now we’ve been told that the long Covid clinics are being defunded at the end of this month.

@Ali_in_Oz @DrScomaME_CFS I’ve only just started on nmn, literally two days ago. I’m hopeful for the LDN, research suggests it’s been helping ME patients so I’m happy to give it a go. I’ll let you know how I get on

@Ali_in_Oz @DrScomaME_CFS Yes I do take it, another LC patient recommended that a while ago. I’m due to start LDN next week so I’m hopeful it might help. Plus I’ve just started nmn. But I’ll definitely take vitamin d and k. Thank you

@Ali_in_Oz @DrScomaME_CFS I’ve been told that by my long Covid practitioners but I’ve struggled to increase it naturally in my diet. I do know of people swallowing salt water, I tried and it was so vile it made me sick. How do you take it?

@Ali_in_Oz @DrScomaME_CFS It’s 40.2! Normal range it states is 25-165, so I’d say that was definitely on the low side of normal!

not sure of the level, it was ‘normal’ but that could mean it’s potentially on the low side of normal when maybe I’d feel the benefit of an increase. Thanks for your help x

@heyyitsraine Blue, Wednesday is third day of the working week and Wednesday’s child is full of woe. Feeling woe = feeling blue. I didn’t initially put that much thought into it. It just felt blue 😂
