I need to express my frustration regarding the complete mismanagement at the Diljit Dosanjh (Dil-Illuminati) show in Delhi on October 26, 2024. Though show was superb!

We were forced to recharge our cards with hefty amounts, only to find out that there was NO alcohol available after a short time. When we approached the management about this, we were told the funds were non-refundable—something that was never communicated to us before recharging.

To make matters worse, all the card money counters were abruptly closed, leaving us with no way to redeem our money. This is absolutely unacceptable! After paying a significant amount for tickets, we deserve better. We expect our card money to be refunded immediately.

Please address this issue promptly!
