@AXS_UK bought C2C tickets via Gigs and Tours, and had to sell via their official resale site Twickets, but your app doesn't give me a transfer option now i have them? How do I get the tickets to the correct person? I can't go, hence selling them via official resale.
@gigsandtours Yes, but when is that likely to be? It seems you just keep telling us all they will he sent shortly, but we want to know WHEN they will be sent. The gig is 4 days away....

@AmazonUK when you place an order and get the wrong product sent 3 times, how can I get what I ordered? Your CS team don't care and tell me to 're-order'. But there's no trust after I've been sent the wrong item 3 times. I'm out of pocket for 3 refunds, so can't just reorder.

How wonderful that Carltonlima Emma was able to be part of the Queens service today at Windsor. A great shame that @BBCNews@BBC reported she was a Highland pony. Nevertheless, a wonderful tribute to our Queen.

@AmazonHelp 2. However its been removed from my view and I'm being told I can't have a copy. So I wasn't too annoyed about the payment as I knew that would get sorted, but deleting the chat then telling me I can't have a copy us surely against your policies or even the FOI regs
@AmazonUK had an issue that CS team could(would) not solve about taking money from me without permission, yet they've also deleted the chat history from my account. I'm being told all chats are recorded but they can't send a transcript. Surely deletion of chats is against policy?
@AmazonHelp 1. A default payment method has been changed and money debited without notification or permission. Passed to 3 chat advisors then cut off before the chat had been removed. Asked via new chat why the convo has been removed to be told it hasn't and is showing in the system.
@nextofficial received a 2nd faulty item which was a supposed to be a replacement for a faulty item. Its been a week since the order, I've contacted you 4 times to get this sorted and now your chat advisors just cut the chat off without reply. Frustrated, no item & out of pocket.
@RoyalMail need to up their game. A safe secure place was listed on the parcel, yet they've taken 'it back to depot' where I can't get what I need today, until next week. No wonder people are using other better services. I've literally just driven round looking for the postman 😫
