@Chosen_Konrad@ivymuthe Nop Ethiopia is highly divided. Look at all the active civil wars happening. Everyone's rooting for the downfall of a certain ethnic group they're warring against. Don't let the decorations set up in the capital fool you. They're just distractions.

[News] 260,000 Expected for BTS Performance.. 6,500 Police Officers Deployed
"As the group BTS prepares for a massive performance at Gwanghwamun Square, police are preparing "stadium-level" crowd management measures, anticipating a turnout of up to 260,000 people.
Giant billboards featuring BTS members have taken over the city center, and Gwanghwamun Square is already bustling with fans from home and abroad. With the performance just days away, the core focus has shifted to safety.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that they will deploy approximately 6,500 personnel, including 80 police companies, to manage the crowds.
Crowd Management Measures
Stadium-Style Security: Unlike typical open-square events, police will install 31 entry gates and safety fences to create a controlled environment similar to a stadium.
Building Access Restrictions: Nearby buildings, including the KT Gwanghwamun Building, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, and Kyobo Life Insurance, will cooperate by restricting access to lobbies and parking lots to prevent 'indirect entry' or overcrowding in private spaces.
Traffic Control Schedule
Significant road closures will be in effect to accommodate the stage and the massive audience:
Sejong-daero (Gwanghwamun to City Hall): Full closure from 9PM on the 20th until 6AM on the 22nd.
Sajik-ro and Yulgok-ro: Partial closures on the 21st from 4PM to 11PM.
Gwanghwamun Underpass: Closure on the 21st from 7PM to 11PM.
Police have urged citizens to use public transportation, as heavy congestion is expected throughout the central Seoul area. Special tactical teams will also be on standby to ensure a safe environment for the global event."
According to the telecom industry on the 15th, the 3 carriers, including SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus, have prepared a response system that includes expanding network capacity, deploying mobile base stations, and real-time quality control for #BTSLive.
