I've read the Outlander series since I was 19. I've watched every episode of the show for years and repeatedly. This last season has felt rushed and emotional and very much like we've been Game of Thrones'd. That said, I am listening to the series score today in anticipation of the series finale that drops late tonight. Then I'm making a gin and tonic with my Sassenach gin and planning on crying.

I don't care how vapid you think this is. If you haven't read the books then you just don't know how big this really is for Sci fi and history nerds like me.

I sobbed. I think I do a great job of appreciating show canon and keeping it separate from book canon. I think the way it ended was brilliant for setting up a movie when book 10 and maybe the next 3 novellas release. She just takes so darn long to write!
I did love it. A lot was wrapped too quickly, and a few sloppy questions on the faith storyline, but otherwise I really think it was spectacular.

It is possible that good people come from toxic families. I know for me, I made a huge effort toward my husband's family, only to be scoffed at bc they couldn't control him anymore. So no, I'm not letting *any* of them in my post partum spaces. The same is true for my family of origin. I'm not letting meth and pot heads anywhere near my children ever, much less post partum. I chose wisely, and yet he came with a toxic family and I am absolutely within my right and duty as a mother to exclude them.

I'd love to organize a barrier wall counter protest in support of fellow Christians. It can be before or after we attend Mass ourselves. This needs media attention and shaming of SPPD to make this stop. This is easily a FACE act violation.

Yesterday, @AlphaNews posted a video of an individual who, along with several others, harasses our church every Sunday. (I am not reposting the video because of its obscenity.) By their own admissions, as captured on video, these agitators are deliberately targeting families and children. It is a coordinated effort to desecrate our Sunday mornings.

St. Paul officials are doing nothing to stop it, and the City Attorney will not respond to my emails. We are simply asking for equal protection under the law.
