(the boss fight is also BRUTALLY difficult, to the point I would consider it about as hard as the late-postgame stuff)
@ReverofEnola@GelBlob92@_ScottXY LW’s movement is a gargantuan web of behavior states that was the absolute worst choice to build a flipping boost game off of
that’s why Forces has a “gear shift” when accelerating from a standstill w/out boosting, because I’m 99% sure it’s just using LW’s walk/run states
@ReverofEnola@GelBlob92@_ScottXY funnily enough Lost World *does* still have a rail’s angle affect your speed… but only in 2D
rail behavior differs between 2D and 3D and I don’t understand why they chose to make it that way
