@Vodacom I've sent you private messages before. With zero beneficial help. 4 weeks without internet. Are you fcuken kidding me. Why don't you send a private message from your keyboard in your high castle. So that you can point me in another direction which has no answers or solutions
@Vodacom I need a connection. Been over a month. I can't deal with your incompetence. They can collect it in pieces. Explain why its so difficult to collect a line. The previous tenants were with Vodacom? Your line managers never get back to me. You are stealing my money purchasing data
@Vodacom After talks with various support, I've now been told to re request a fibre package from sales. I'm truly upset and the level of urgency falls on deaf ears.
Tomorrow is Friday, this now more than likely spills over to another week without internet. No reimbursement of data purchas
@Vodacom I've relocated from JHb to CT. For the past 10 days I've been trying to get my fibre installed. 1stly the incorrect address was captured, the router finally got delivered but still no installation. An interim LTE was ordered, also lost on the system.
Data is killing me atm
