The impeached Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has arrived at his lodge in Ikeja GRA, Lagos where his supporters have been awaiting his arrival.
Recall that supporters of Obasa gathered at the Speakerโs Lodge at GRA Ikeja, gyrating and awaiting his arrival.
The supporters had gathered since 8am on Saturday awaiting Obasa whom they planned a โheroic welcomeโ for.
Obasa was recently removed by majority of lawmakers at the House following allegations of misconduct and financial misappropriations.
He was subsequently replaced by Mojisola Meranda who was a former deputy speaker.
