🟨 Update on $CSPX Pool Early Closure

During the token pre-offer period, SpaceX’s valuation moved from ~$400B to ~$800B, with market discussions now pointing toward a potential IPO above $1T in 2026.

Due to strong demand, the $CSPX pool was closed earlier than scheduled to prioritize allocations for existing participants. Acquisition of the underlying shares is now underway.

🟨 SpaceX confirming an employee share buyback at around an $800B valuation is setting the stage for its reported 2026 $1.5T IPO target.

At this level, internal transactions would be priced at >2x recent 2025 private market sales.
