@kiwicom247 why have you taken over a month to refund a flight that you have cancelled? Very poor customer service

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@Bournemouthecho can you look at the proposed airport strike in just a few days time? Nothing has been announced and I am left in limbo. Some people have had to resort to booking flights from alternative airports.

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@BBCDorset can you investigate the proposed strike at Bournemouth airport? It’s now a few days and we don’t know what’s happening. Some people have gone ahead and paid for alternative flights from other airports

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@BOHAirport What are you doing to resolve the strike more to the point?

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@thetimes I can’t use the app today won’t let me log in was working fine last night

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@pandocruises you are advertising canaries cruise for £499 on tv. Where are these on your site?

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@nectar Ok I’ve done so

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@nectar I also didn’t get my voucher on Saturday #disappointed

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@NowThenSunshine Good luck with it I did it yesterday and this was the hardest part for me.

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@nationaltrust But it still seems a lot of the properties are only partly open with closed off spaces.

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@nationaltrust when are you going to start fully opening your properties? I visited Petworth today and was very disappointed with the amount we could see and lack of information on the art collection. I won’t be renewing my membership #NationalTrust

[Rachel Anderson @Radcliffe13a]

@BBCNews What’s happened to your app breaking news
