@AllisonWeets I totally agree with this article! I feel like social media has made us become more "aware" of ourselves... and more self-conscious. That's probably not a very good thing!

I may put my phone away to avoid text distractions but I still receive the texts to my watch. This, in turn, makes distractions inevitable and causes me to pay attention to the technology I was trying to avoid. #ed109 #NOT

I love to use my apple watch because it's convenient for when I'm on a run! I'm able to see my average mile time, distance, and even change my Spotify music. However, I find it to be a trade-off when I have it on during a lecture or at work. #ed109 #NOT

#technologicallyliterate means individuals are able to effectively communicate technological skills to use as a means of relaying different types of knowledge to others. But also being able to adapt and adjust to new advancements and styles. #ed109
