Some people argue that AI isn't really stealing because AI was just *trained* on the art. When people say that, they're letting you know that they don't value the work of teachers anymore than they value the work of artists.

Pay the artists. And give teachers a raise too.

Artists, consider raising your prices. If your current offerings put you in a constant loop of accept money > spend money > do labor w/ no room for illness or error, you have to evaluate how your time is spent and how much you're worth

I want to see artists openly brag about their work.

I want to hear their excited chattering about something they're proud of. I want them to gush about their favorite part of a drawing or how fun it was to make. I just want to see the spark in people's eyes again man.
