I purchase dell laptop of 55000₹ on 18 july 2022 on Amazon but i received totally different and damaged and dummy laptop when i complaint they generated my return and their pick up agent cancel my return 5 times and my money is lost.. Totally devastated service by @amazonIN

Going by this besharam response from @AmazonHelp it seems some sarkari guy is handling the account and one should think twice before purchasing anything from amazon. @PiyushGoyalOffc ji should bring some stringent laws to rein in these companies who r ususrping common man money.

@RadhaSewak @AmazonHelp They will not listen and will delay it, they will frustate you.

File an FIR against them and file consumer case, such cases are fixed in a quick time.

Lastly while raising consumer case ask for a compensation as you must have wasted time on it.
