@UlhasDr Every QRS is preceeded by a P-wave. PR intervals are short, between 80 ms and 120 ms. RR intervals are varying, a little too much to classify them as sinus arrhythmia. Is this junctional ectopic rhythm? Or, something else more sinister that needs a “brainy-heart” to decipher?
