@EtihadHelp In response to your DM: Of course the change fee is as per ticket fare rules - not a problem.

But if you don’t have a single date in a whole year where the fare difference is less than £400 then you have a problem with false advertising.

@etihad Bought a flexible ticket for £700… went to change the return date but the change fare is as much as £400-£600 for ANY date in the next ONE year that the ticket is valid for! Unbelievable that a reputed airline like Etihad would be running a scam but they are. BEWARE!

@EtihadHelp Already checked with your call centre. They say even they’re not allowed to see the cheapest change date for the year. If your own staff is so handicapped by you, what chance to customers have? Genuinely shocked. How are you even winning awards with this?

Airline cancelled flight and refunded entire amount to ClearTrip but CT refunded only half the money to me ie 6000

ClearTrip is running a scam to profit from their customer’s misfortune!

Well actually, the “airline” didn’t deduct them - ClearTrip just decided to pocket the refund the airline sent to me!

Next time, book directly with the airline… atleast they give you the entire refund when they cancel the flight instead of keeping half of it back as ClearTrip did to mine 🙄

A clear ClearTrip SCAM - they will not honour their contract and continue to waste your energy more than a month later

@Cleartrip The airline issued the refund on 30 Sep. Here we are 30 Oct and still no money or response from ClearTrip.

Always thought ClearTrip was a longstanding reputable company but now we know - nothing but an insurance scam!
