Only so many variations of “John Carpenter is the king” one can post, but John Carpenter is the king

@HatfieldJames Yeah, with someone like him who is so prolific, some of his films fall thru the cracks. There are still a few of his I have yet to see.

Please check out my review for #RidleyScott's WHITE SQUALL, starring #JeffBridges, #RyanPhillippe, & #ScottWolf. https://t.co/crmdhKVJDe

Trump Mar-A-Lago Extortion Files Thread 1/

Lost in the noise of the parlor game of #RatBingo - who is the Mar-A-Lago informant, and serious national security threats of Trump espionage, is a huge bombshell story:

FBI seized Trump's extortion files too. This Thread looks at that

@JM_Doherty Nothing is sacred with these bean counting execs who only care about the bottom line and wouldn't know a creative thought if it came up and bit 'em on the ass.

@Roderick_Heath Funny you say that, I just revisited WHITE SQUALL for an upcoming review and found much of the same deficiencies. Stunning cinematography but a script that lacked decent character development.

Had a blast watching the wonderful @barbaracrampton mix it up w/ the awesome #LarryFessenden in JAKOB'S WIFE. Always great to see these 2 horror legends together on-screen. Would love to see them together again - the horror genre's Tracy & Hepburn?

@faceyouhate It didn't help that for the prices you paid for their Blu-rays you got little to no extras. That really hurt them compared to extras-packed released from the likes of Criterion, Arrow, Shout, etc.
