OFFICIAL: Kowakujō has now become the longest Easter Egg Hunt in Modern Zombies History. Below are the current known steps to catch everyone up and help solving it. Compiled by @evynhutch

day 1 steps:
Wonder Weapon:
Collect all parts for the Maneki Neko:
Bell - In the Staging Area hanging off of a wooden beam, In the Training Area hanging on top of the wallbuy to the right, In the Stables at the entrance of the buried house
Karakuri - In the Storage Room near crates, In the Workshop (more spawns tbd)
Maneki-Neko - In the Kitchen on top of a barrel, In the Gatehouse on top of a barrel (more spawns tbd)

At the Tenshu Eaves there is a cat trapped in a hanging cage opposite of Mule Kick. Knock it down using PhD Flopper, either wall jumping with the stuntman augment, or by flopping underneath. Pick up the cage, and take the cat to any Lava Pool.

Get a kill on one of the marked spots to reveal your paw prints (Flower Garden near the stairs, Stables, Kitchens, or Training Area. You need to follow the paw prints on the ground and keep getting kills to spawn the next set of paw prints. Eventually the paw prints will make a circle on the ground, and you need to throw the Maneki Neko into the middle of the prints to spawn an Abomination. (The lava in the area must be flowing to spawn the Abom) Kill the Abomination, and the cat will run away.

Progress one round, and the cat will respawn in one of the rooms with the creaky floorboards (Training Area, Kitchens by the Mystery Box, Kitchen by Double Tap). You need to sneak up on the cat and interact with it to grab it. Failing this will scare the cat, causing it to run out of the map, and you will need to progress a round. (Tip: use death perception to see which floorboards will creek, although it is not needed)

With the cat picked up, take it to the seed near PAP. Interact with it to start a pulsing attack, and you need to avoid the pulses and melee the seed until the cat turns into the Wonder Weapon. Interact to equip it. It can be PAPed up to 3 times (4 in cursed t3)

Evidence:
1 - You need to find the Fox Mask under the stairs in the workshop inside of the bookshelf (pipe). Shoot it, and the mask will fly to the Collapsed Study above the support beam(takeo's case). It will then fly near Elemental Pop in the Onsen Baths through the zombie spawn (comb). The mask will then fly into the seed, and you can interact with the evidence shelf.

3 - under the bridge in the Flower Garden, pick up a plant. you will also need to collect the pouch from the rafters in the Training Area (shoot down with a charged shot of the WW, presumably any explosive weapon works). fill up the pouch with volcanic ash by standing near a fissure for around 30 seconds. Plant the seeds and ash in the pot near the exfil machine in the Tenshu Entrance, and defend it while having the 'Flower Power' effect from the cherry blossom trees (melee a tree three times to activate). In the kitchens, melee the green vegetable off of the wall, and jump on it to get the plum seeds. (pufferfish unknown)

4 - unknown

5 - while unlocking PAP, you will need to kill an Oni. Killing him drops the first piece of evidence. The second piece can be found when the lava rises in the Stables. throw a molotov on the small statue, and collect the part.

Key Items:
Fox Mask: under the stairs in the workshop
Ceramic Shard: On the floor to the left of the door in the War Room
Pouch: in the rafters in the training area
Volcanic Ash: collected while staying outside near a fissure for 30 seconds while having the pouch
