@DitotaDonn45775 Syracuse took easy route in hiring Autry after Boeheim left, which was much too late. Autry not qualified, no real coaching experience, had no defined assistant role (defense, offense, etc.), was focused on recruiting (feel for him here with the budget).

@JimPolzinWSJ flawed team, no player to stop 7 minute droughts, get to the hoop without taking wild shots and making FTs. Seeing so many parallels with football, Gard solid, but poor recruiter, can’t adopt to changes and while more competitive than Chryst, not a final 4 recruiter or coach.
