SMART team interacted with women group members Nemalo Panchayat, Nischintakoili Block on gender equality and inclusion. Thanks to Archana Kapoor, Himanshi and Manshi for inspiring sessions gave women confidence strength to break social barriers ,raise their voices for equality.

Youth in Patna, Keonjhar developed ground bunding models to prevent soil erosion and conserve water. Efforts also include well cleaning and local check dams.

Women’s group meetings were held across villages in Nischintakoili block, Cuttack district, focusing on gender equality. The platform enabled women to share experiences, raise concerns, and build awareness of their rights within the family and community.
