We are proud to launchย The Radley Keys Award, an all-inclusive scholarship programme for talented and ambitious boys currently attending a state primary or secondary school. ๐๏ธ
Our carefully curated assessment process has been specifically designed to recognise and reward potential over prior attainment. Following means-testing, Radley Keys Award holders will pay no fees and we will fund all the extras, allowing boys to focus on reaching their goals and maximising the opportunities on offer at Radley.
We are looking for boys for entry at 11+ (Year 7) and 16+ (Year 12) who are engaged and engaging, sparky, creative and resilient. Boys on the 11+ programme have the option to spend two years at an independent prep school prior to joining Radley in Year 9.
๐ Open Day - 7th October 2023
๐ Applications Close - 27th October 2023

We are delighted to share our annual promotional film!
Thanks to our Senior Prefect, Will (6.2, F), for leading this glimpse into Radley life. He was ably supported by other senior boys, John Moule (Warden) and Jonathan Porter (Deputy Head, Academic).
Under the guidance of Max Horsey, Radley Video shot most of the film this term, working hard to capture beautiful footage of the College in action. As ever, we are deeply proud that our boys were involved in every aspect of the project, from ideation and scripting to filming and editing.
We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it.
Itโs day 5 of @ISC_schools#SchoolPartnershipsWeek and weโre celebrating our sports partnerships ๐ค๐โฝ๏ธ

On day 4 of School Partnerships Week, weโre shining a light on our music partnerships! We work alongside local schools and music providers to ensure every child has access to an inspiring music education. ๐ถ
Music Flood is a community partnership between 25 secondary and primary schools in Oxfordshire, bringing unique and life-enhancing musical experiences to local children. This includes collaborations with professional music ensembles, massed side-by-side orchestral performances for children of all levels and an annual programme of singing opportunities. Underpinning these are sustained projects supporting small ensembles in primary schools, collaborative curriculum planning and delivery, workshops in schools, and resources to support teachers.
Boys from Radley College play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring throughout all of these activities, whilst developing their own performance and leadership skills.
Itโs Day 3 of @ISC_schools School Partnership Week!
Our learning partnership programmes focus on working with local primary and secondary schools to design and deliver curriculum-based activities that both support and enrich classroom learning. Felix tells us more ...

On Day 2 of #SchoolPartnershipsWeek, we are shining a light on our unique Countryside Centre. John Sparks, Director of Partnerships, speaks to Kai (6.1, C Social) about the impact our work has on him.
The Countryside Centre at Radley College delivers programmes with schools in Abingdon and Oxford; four state secondaries, two primaries, and one school catering for young people who have severe, complex or profound needs, including autism. The centre also provides individual curriculum extension programmes around livestock maintenance, rural skills, horticulture and bushcraft skills on 25 acres of nature-friendly farmland.
We are delighted to join with other schools across the country to celebrate @ISC_schools School Partnership Week. ๐ค
Our partnership activities are designed with a clear and meaningful objective, pooling resources to widen inclusion, provide greater opportunity and increase academic achievement. Working together we can help to create pathways to empower children bringing benefits which are both mutual and sustained over time.

As we prepare for the new Shells and 6.1s to arrive at Radley tomorrow, we asked the Chaplain what they can expect from their first Chapel service at Radley. ๐ซ
Congratulations to our 6.2 boys on their excellent A-Level results today. 64% of grades were an A or an A*.
Grades do not define our boys or the College, but they celebrate and reward many years of dedicated hard work. They should all feel very proud today.
We wish them well as they leave us to take up places at many of the world's leading universities, including @UniofOxford, @Cambridge_Uni, @Durham_Uni, @UCL, @ImperialCollege, @HarvardUni, @Stanford, @Yale, @DukeU, @UCLA and @NYUniversity. ๐
@RadleyCollege is steeped in tradition, but not stuck in the past and it's hard not to be bowled over by this school where boys are as passionate about robotics as they are about debating, and innovation continues to thrive. Read our new review:

It wasnโt the glorious weather we have come to expect, but Gaudy allowed us to celebrate the boysโ achievements in style and to bid a fond farewell to our 6.2 leavers. ๐๐ผ

We are excited to be part of @oxtrail2024 this summer! The winning design team of Marco, Theo and James found their inspiration in the poem 'Thyrsis' by Matthew Arnold. Youโll find Radleyโs ox grazing in Abingdon Library ๐ฎ #Oxtrail2024@RadleyArtDept@RadleyCharities
A valiant effort by the 1st VIII but unfortunately Radley came out on top. Congratulations @RadleyBC and good luck for the rest of the regatta ๐๐
Letโs go Radley! We wish the 1st VIII the very best at @HenleyRegatta as they seek victory in the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup. ๐
2024 is John Gearingโs final year coaching the 1st VIII before he moves to Australia over the summer. The boys are eager to make him proud. ๐

To mark his first year as Tutor of H Social, we spoke to Nick Wood recently as part of our โMy Radleyโ series.
Nick spent five happy years at Radley as a boy from 1996 to 2001, before pursuing a successful career as a professional rugby player. In 2016 he returned to Radley as Master in Charge of Rugby and took up the reins as Tutor of H Social in September 2023.
