Hi, I’m Radu Stoian, Technical Director at Enhance Media.
My goal is simple: to help employers move from being found by search engines to being recommended by AI.
I wanted to introduce myself and invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn.

There are 3 layers to optimising a careers site for agentic AI:
⚙️ 1. The technical infrastructure layer
📚 2. The documentation layer
🔗 3. The discovery and signalling layer
This video provides more details on each layer.

Are you interested in solving this puzzle:
How can you get your employer brand imprinted into the memory of the next generation of AI?
I hope you'll find this article to be an interesting read: https://t.co/iPYiajehVG

It doesn’t get clearer than this.
The time to build is now.
AI is becoming the interface between candidates and employers.
So ask yourself:
Is your careers site ready to become the source of truth for the agentic future?
Does it have the API Mark is asking for?
Opening access for developers to build Muse connectors. You bring the API -- Muse brings the agent, the browser, and the context of what the person actually wants. People reach your service just by asking for it, and their agent takes it from there.
New connectors are live today. Come build with us. https://t.co/o6oTf1Sj9y
Here’s the paradox AI is bringing to TA:
The careers site is about to become more important even as fewer humans visit it, as it needs to be the source of truth for AI.
Instead of building careers sites only for humans, we now need to build them for humans who use bots.
🚨 You can’t advertise individual job listings on ChatGPT Ads or even promote a landing page that references a job opening.
OpenAI’s ad policies clearly state: “Ads for individual job listings are prohibited.”

I think there is too much hype about OpenAI building its own search index for ChatGPT.
A web index is not automatically a search index.
I've identified at least 5 issues OpenAI has to solve.

I forged one profile to rule them all. 💍
One profile to bind them.
One profile to make Google and AI say:
"Ah yes. We know this Radu."
And naturally, it had to be forged in purple. 💜

What sets Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) apart from SEO?
SEO helps a brand be discovered in search results, whereas GEO focuses on ensuring a brand is accurately understood, cited and represented in AI generated responses.

Google aims to revolutionise the way AI chooses query fan-outs.
The problem is simple: everyday AI isn't a search expert.
The solution is to move the reasoning offline and train a lightweight model to search like an expert.

👀 I spotted “Apply on LinkedIn” buttons inside ChatGPT Jobs.
At first glance, you might think LinkedIn has integrated directly with ChatGPT.
But the answer is no.
This post explains what is really happening:

#Nemotron sounds like the final boss in a Mario game. 🍄
But it’s offering us some interesting GEO insights into how the information for AI’s knowledge datasets gets curated.
More specifically, we should pay attention to NVIDIA's NeMo Curator:

ChatGPT has an Indeed problem.
An AI-powered job search isn't solely AI matching, but it definitely isn’t "ChatGPT running a keyword search on Indeed".
A hybrid approach is needed:
🔍 filtering + 🧠 semantic matching + 📶 ranking.

Kimi K3 is a disruptor in the AI world because it could break the monopoly of OpenAI and Anthropic.
I created a bookmarklet to extract and analyse its JSON answer, including its query fan-outs.

🕵️ ChatGPT is blocked from crawling Glassdoor, creating an interesting mystery: how is it still citing Glassdoor data so confidently?

🚨 Google is including links in AI responses:
🔹 Mentioned: Your employer brand appears in AI’s answer, but the link points to a third-party site.
🔹 Cited: Your employer brand appears in AI’s answer and the link points directly to your careers site.

Did you know that ChatGPT is actually “prompting itself”? 🤯
Behind every response you see, there’s an invisible conversation happening.
Before ChatGPT even reads your question, it processes a hidden system prompt that guides its entire behaviour.
