The judge in the case really fucked up. The sentencing tariff was too low. Nigel Farage actually has a good case either way. If he wins, he proves the judicial system bent, if he loses… he proves the judicial system bent. He has proven, by merit, the existence of that 2nd tier.

That 'judgement bias' - which was sometimes wrong -is exactly why training was introduced to the police.

So what do we do now ... when police officers arrive on scene, see a white man and think, 'far-right racist' and instantly cast an Asian man as the 'victim'...?

How the hell do you unravel subconscious bias via DEI - which was originally well-intentioned?

And what role has the media & the PM played in creating stereotypes of "the far right" thereby demonising smartly dressed, young white men as the danger?

It doesn’t matter. The police failed, catastrophically mind you, in their duty of care. They acted contrary to the standards set and outside of their legal remit, resulting in the lack of acute emergency care of an individual that lost his life. Simple.
