@T2mobile_ng I am definitely porting my network provider soonest, been procrastinating bt will certainly have it done this week. 9mobile is just an excuse of a network. For the past 9months I have not been able to use my sim due to no reception. Smh

I also have issue with my DOB, but you said there’s no correction for that. Is there any doc provided by Waec for one to tender in support for the errored cert ?

@9mobileng I left you guys messages from December 2024 concerning the outage of network reception on my line, and up until now no reply, this is quite appalling for a business as 9mobile. Your customer service sucks. I haven’t used my number since December 2024.

@9mobileng I called you customer care line and from observation my sim is already linked to my bvn, so why I haven’t gotten reception for the past how many months, I don’t even live in cave so that can’t even be an excuse.
