@GenMillsCereal Wow. Way to overfill your Honey Nut Cheerios. Box was too full, bag burst, and stale Cheerios met me when I got the bag free from the box.
@davorpavlich "If people want to buy it, they will. If they don't want to buy it, they won't." Yet most of the time they don't simply walk into a bookstore, snatch a book, and walk out without paying. Because that's called stealing. How difficult is this to understand?
@perconstantine @SetSailStudios @FaleenaHopkins That is so frustrating and disappointing that someone can essentially steal another person’s art, trademark it, and then voila! They own it now. So hate this for the artist! I will be doubly certain to pay for any art I use and not TM it!
I’m sorry, but if it’s actually legal to trademark a SINGLE WORD in relation to the title of a work of fiction, or a series of fictional works, then there are going to be three possible titles of novels left, and each one will be composed entirely of contractions. #cockygate
Anyone who works with the titling and branding of anything creative - directors, production entities large and small, all writers - the #cockygate situation deserves your urgent attention. It’s implications are huge and extend far outside one genre of fiction.
Also why is President Trump taking credit for decisions of major businesses like Apple, Chrysler, and Toyota? I mean, it’s not like he made them an offer they can’t refuse. #SOTU
