Before and after - Pando's runner had stiff, scattered limbs that looked funky. Now it walks and runs with a proper stride.

@stupidhumandev Neither, I swapped it out. I put a still of the old runner through AutoSprite to make new spritesheets. A small Python script picks one clean loop and lines up every frame to the same size and ground line.

@ServerpodDev Offline sync with SQLite is massive. Apps used in places with bad signal, like parks, trails or basements, can finally work offline-first without a hand-rolled sync layer.
