@docpark Interesting, @docpark. Does it mean the projected 38% shortfall implies that vascular surgeons will be increasingly valued due to basic supply–demand equation?

An epic battle, Joao. And a hard-fought victory you deserve. Best of luck for the rest of the tournament and the incredible career you have ahead of you.
As for Paris… tu as mon coeur 🫶🏼
@thesurgerylife Nice, @thesurgerylife! Looks great, Eli, classic…tube graft. Reimplanting renal arteries is a must especially when there’s a pelvic kidney (left here) and a large accessory (right). A set of skills we try to teach and to pass along to our residents and fellows whenever possible.
@AWBeckMD@ccp1983@UABUrology Great read; thanks for sharing!
Strange conclusion, IMO- if it showed no difference, why would it suggest that you could use heparin selectively… I would’ve assumed that if there was no difference, then why use something.
🤷
@GAEscobarMD@AWBeckMD@ccp1983@UABUrology Excellent analysis, @GAEscobarMD. I think the caveat here is when the pt has tumor thrombus plus, what many call “bland thrombus” (blood related thrombus). If one knows there’s a chance that bland thrombus is present (preop duplex/hx of acute VTE), then hep bolus is a must IMHO.

This is a terrible post IMHO. As for the advice on training, I suggest you find a program that teaches you evidence based medicine. Doing endo or open properly within IFU on the appropriate patient will give your patients outstanding results.

“In 2021, vascular surgeons produced an average of $1.6 million per full-time equivalent, ranking as the fourth-highest revenue-producing specialty in the health care system.” And that is for the obvious, billable services, not for everything else…. https://t.co/JLThmShti8
