Primero saber el contexto del precio( Order flow bullish o bearish)

Encontrar un fvg dentro de una expansión del precio, esperar a que una Outsidebar se cree dentro de ese fvg, esto va a crear un protected high/low

BREAKING: Russian officials have briefed Iran that the CIA Director Ratcliffe's Moscow visit delivered a message with the US asking Moscow to press Iran into reopening the Strait of Hormuz, warning that Russian entities would otherwise face designations under Operation Economic Outcast. Russia declined, and told Iran the threatened measures were of limited consequence, according to two senior Iranian sources with knowledge of the briefing.

The message also warned that Russian banks, traders and shipping entities tied to Iranian oil, gold and aviation will be sanctioned under the operation unless Moscow moves to close those channels.

CIA CHIEF MAKES SURPRISE MOSCOW VISIT

CIA Director John Ratcliffe made an unannounced trip to Moscow Tuesday, his first publicly known visit to the Russian capital.

The purpose remains unclear, but analysts say discussions could involve Ukraine, Iran and Russia’s military plans.

The visit comes amid U.S. efforts to end both conflicts and follows intelligence reports suggesting Russia may be preparing further military mobilization in Ukraine.
