@SamsungCanada I feel disrespected. I have been a loyal customer for years and brought my whole family into the Galaxy ecosystem with phones, watches and rings. After how you handled this failure, perhaps @Apple will treat us with respect and stand behind the quality of its prdts

@SamsungCanada After six months, your answer is that my $600 Galaxy Ring, whose battery failed shortly after warranty, only qualifies for paid service. A 10% coupon to buy another Samsung device is insulting, not a resolution. Escalate this case and stand behind your product.

@SamsungCanada Thank you. I’ve just sent a DM. I also contacted Samsung by phone and email in January. Samsung acknowledged receiving my email and said the case had been escalated, but I have received no reply since then. I sent another follow up today and look forward to a fair resolution.
