@DellCares Aurora R16, Intel CPU defect per advisory 000227933. 12+ crashes. Sent to depot twice. First time they just reinstalled OS. Second time they replaced CPU but broke something, now stuck at 0.8GHz. Asked to ship a 3rd time and may be charged. DM for service tag.
