1)PMC either reconducted the MDCAT test or PMC give students marks as per each out of syllabus MCQS.

The plan is quite simple, let's have a look:
1- Produce a wrong key each year.
2- Admit that there are mistakes and announce grace marks.
3- Award grace marks on "random basis" (inaccessible method).
4- Award the privileged in so call random
