Amazon has a nexus in every state. There is no excuse . States hurt local biz by allowing this - its actually tyranny.

It chooses not to because amazon has 30k jobs in CA. When our gov sells us our we incur a social cost we paid 4 it.

Did the governor of California openly allow Netflix to operate tax free so it could have an unfair competitive advantage over its competition and decimate local economies. It’s not that prime should be freed, we’ve already paid the social cost.
