You cancelled the return leg of my ticket without notice and are still sitting on thousands of £ of my money.

I’ve spent the last 5 days trying to reach your customer service, zero solutions and never received the promised callback.

Now I’m stranded in a foreign country, over 10,000 km from home, with no return ticket and no refund.
