Avoid @Hermesparcels at all costs. £6 for next day delivery from @hm for the parcel to be sent back when I never asked & no one from hermes can be bothered to email me! 1st parcel was damaged and now this 2nd time around. Absolute bloody joke!!!

@IKEAUKSupport This will be the second time I will have to drive an hour out of my way to get a replacement for a £25 chair. We already returned it once due to faulty screws.

@IKEAUK I washed the cover of my child's Poang chair to the instructions. I've just put it back on the chair and it's shrunk a few inches as well as stitching coming undone around the head padding. If I have to return it this will be the 2nd time I've had to go back. Any help?
