I have always believed that how well a product gets understood is what determines how well it gets built. That instinct shaped @Ragebite from the beginning. We moved from waterfall to agile, and then kept refining how we worked, not because the industry moved in that direction but because we were never fully satisfied with how the process itself worked. There was always something worth improving.
That mindset did not come from a single decision. It came from paying attention over many years to where the real friction in product development lives. With agile, we could adapt and correct as the work progressed, and that worked well. But the path to clarity was still longer than it needed to be. Understanding what a product should really be was something that tended to happen during the process.
We kept pushing in that direction, and then AI entered our playground. We started experimenting, building prototypes earlier in the process, and what amazed me was that we could walk into a first meeting with something real. We were not talking through decks, diagrams and documents, we were discussing an actual product. And what we could pull together between meetings changed the pace of every conversation that followed.
That shift made our process clearer, not different. Writing code, testing, and iteration all improve as a consequence.
As stated on our new website, where we try to explain our process:
"AI IS NOT A SHORTCUT. IT IS A FORCE MULTIPLIER FOR EXPERTISE."

We rebuilt it to better show who we are, how we think, and why we care so much about building digital products that feel right and work in real life.
No, it’s not a giveaway. We’re just celebrating a new project in our traditional way. Each project gets one Lego set, as a reminder of the importance of being prepared upfront and building products with a clear roadmap. Even one small mistake at the start can lead to huge time and money loss later. ⚡️
