As a society we failed them. They are not included in this society. They are just like everyone. Where cafes don't have Braille menu card. Restaurants, Public transport doesn't have a ramp. Just rethink about why they are Disabled and who is responsible.

Vehicle like this should be charged fine by TN transport dept. Requesting concerned department of Tamilnadu Govt to look in to this matter. It is distracting other drivers and might cause accidents.
