LinkedIn and Social Media posts are usually reserved for the shining successes fit to be framed and hung from a wall. The bricks and mortar, and building of the wall are rarely celebrated; and rightly so because the process of building a wall is full of rough edges and not so picture perfect. Hence the post, so I may remember years that down the lane that...

One such wall was build on 3rd of July 2026. It was built between 9 AM to 4:30 PM by 16 Industry Associations, 4 CSR Foundations and 1 Education & Skill Foundation. Each brought in more than their share of bricks, mortar and tools (Presentations, Leaders, Actionable Ideas and Propositions). more than epxected but exactly what we wanted. It was a phenomenon, because it was not just industry representation but heads of respective organizations which included an Honourable Member of Parliament, a retd. Lieutenant General of Indian Army, Secretary Generals, Director Generals, Chairpersons and a Founder who virtually came out of retirement just for MY Bharat. Someone remarked it a feat.

And the audience? Chaired and heard by HYMAS #DrMansukhMandvia MoS YAS Raksha Nikhil Khadse Hon. MP Praveen Khandelwal Secretary Youth Affairs Pallavi Jain Govil, AS MYAS, JS MYAS, CEO MY Bharat Dr. Priyanka Shukla IAS, Director MYAS (MY Bharat), Director MYAS (NSS), Director NSS, Director MY Bharat.

Overnight journeys, skipping breakfasts, sleepless travels, beating overseas jet lags, rescheduling business impact meets, and ignoring age related travel restrictions; all in a tightly packed boardroom doing a marathon meet, skipping tea breaks, assembling only for the Good of India.

They laid foundations 2 minutes each, then cemented the bricks 10 minutes at a time. Each presentation deserved its own an event, so meticulously done that it surpassed expectations. Each stakeholder applauded each other. No run of the mill or mere buy-ins, but concrete actions, solutions beyond fluffy roadmaps. They had made MY Bharat their own.

Once the wall was built, we knew it is the one to have so many scribbles, crayoning, ideation, and opportortunities for Indian Youth for years. The writing on this wall will only be positive. The Single Window for Youth of India.
