@TheCiderCritic@hopandwedge It was a very dry year as well which drives up the sugars. In contrast, we got far more rain than normal during harvest in 2022 and are looking to have our lowest abv's ever from that harvest
A case of "Cider Like Wine", our 2020 Miner's Reserve is a blend of English, French, and American Cider varieties dominated by Burford Redflesh. It has the best attributes of a cider from Herefordshire with a mouth coating berry note. A dry year, it finished at 12.7% abv
