It's so wild to me that the thesis I wrote in grad school is even more relevant today cause people really expect Black women to endure their abuse in silence...
I wrote my master's thesis about this topic. The trap of loyalty notes that Black women are expected to ensure their abuse in silence.
Ironically, a WW professor told me this research would bring nothing to the field of sociology.

Lindsey Graham was among the most viciously racist & bloodthirsty warmongers in the history of Congress. That he was also pretty clearly a closeted gay man who chose to make the lives of all marginalized people miserable in service to power says everything about him. Rest in piss
There are many more people who don't have a history of being an abuser sharing the same message.

ICE reported over the last week they've kidnapped 10,000 people; adults and children to be held captive in for-profit concentration camps where they're being kept in inhumane conditions, starved, beaten, girls are raped, trafficked and killed.
ICE is a death squad. #AbolishICE
it's crazy when you see a photo for the first time and recognize that in 100 years historians are going to use it as shorthand to summarize the whole era you're living through right now.
As an abolitionist publication in solidarity with Black, Indigenous, queer, and all oppressed people of the world who have for generations suffered under the boot of US Empire we say, Fuck the Fourth of July.

Hey, English major here. If a person is using the word correctly but pronouncing it wrong—that means they simply read it more than they’ve heard it. That doesn’t mean they’re illiterate—but most Americans are!
