Our neighbor is a volunteer firefighter battling this fire right now. Many homesteads and ranches are having to relocate their livestock.

We agreed to take in livestock on our back 5 acres that we dont currently use and they should start arriving tomorrow. If not, thursday. Right now it is 3 horses and 30 goats.

These two angels were rescued from Inside Safe, the housing organization created by Karen Bass. The unsupervised conditions of the apartment were so bad that the caseworker said it was considered a “biohazard“. They were also never walked for the entire time that they were there. Now we need your help. Summer is an incredibly difficult time to find fosters because everybody is on vacation, so if you are in Southern California and you could open your home to either dog that would be incredible. They are both good with dogs. Even if you can’t foster or live nowhere near California, please comment on this post and share it. If you can foster either dog, please DM me. We have more people stepping up starting in September, so even if you could just foster for a couple of weeks, please DM me.

Well pals….mom was hit with the parvo puppy bill yesterday.
What we thought would be 5-6k was just shy of 9k.
We didn’t factor in the IV support, skin treatments, spay & neuters.
Kind of sent mom spiraling.

Good morning, everyone. ❤️

I wanted to give an update to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey.

Yesterday, I had my first dual filtration plasmapheresis (DFP). It was a bit of a rough start—the catheter placement took five attempts—but thankfully I was sedated, so it wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been.

This morning, I woke up feeling different. I feel brighter, more energetic, and mentally clearer. Instead of being stuck in bed feeling miserable, I was able to sit on the couch with Barry and enjoy my morning coffee. It may seem like something small, but for me, it’s huge.

So far, I’ve completed four SGF infusions and one blood filtration treatment. The full protocol is four weeks long, but right now I only have enough funding to complete the first two weeks.

After experiencing these early improvements, I don’t want to stop halfway through treatment. I’m asking for your help one more time. If you’re able to donate or simply share my fundraiser, it would mean the world to me and could help me complete the full four-week treatment (link in the comments).
