The next evolution of the wallet might be knowing who is behind the address.
@Trustwallet is bringing 𝕏 identity directly into the app.
You’ll be able to connect your 𝕏 profile, use your username on your trust profile and find people you already know from 𝕏.
This is interesting because trust isn't trying to build another social network.
It's taking a social graph that already exists and bringing it into the place where people actually trade and hold assets
Wallets have always been built around addresses.
trust is starting to build around people.
And that matters because onchain activity is becoming increasingly social.
Who you follow, what they hold and what they're doing can be just as useful as the wallet itself.
@Fomo showed the demand for bringing social discovery closer to trading.
Trust wallet has the distribution to take that idea in a very different direction by putting identity inside the wallet people already use.
This isn't social trading yet, but it could be an important first step towards making the wallet a place to discover people and activity, not just store assets.
With bnb szn ahead, this is one of the updates i'd be watching closely.
