Is this not a violation of the Equal Protection Clause? If Palantir is going to dox and intimidate private citizens for their free speech, then we should scrutinize every action this company takes. Also, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibit racial discrimination in federally funded programs. Isn’t Palantir a federally funded program?

I think there is a basis for a lawsuit here. We could even inquire about violations of the Fourth Amendment, given that Palantir essentially acts as a loophole to violate our inalienable rights. Remember, the government answers to us, not the other way around. We, the people, should not tolerate infringements upon our liberties, and it is the duty of a competent citizenry to protect those rights should the government overplay its hand.

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

I have just been refused service and asked to leave the six chimneys Wetherspoons in Wakefield due to my political beliefs.

I arrived in the Wetherspoons at around 3pm and had 2 pints of Bud light (which is 3.4% alcohol by the way) and as I was ordering the bartender (a young black woman) looked at me in DISGUST because I was listening to a right wing politics space here on X.

Upon trying to order my third pint, the young black lady went and got her manager who refused me service because “I have had too much” (again, I had 2 pints of a 3.4% beer)

As you know, this isn’t the first instance of nationalists being refused service in Wetherspoons for their views which is complete and utter DISCRIMINATION.

I would tag JD Wetherspoons although it seems like they don’t have an account but this encounter has made me very embarrassed and distressed so I will be making a police report.
