@vfsglobalcare Our passports have been gone for 60+ days now, so we put in a request to withdraw our application which they said was sent to VAC in LA which will forward to the consulate. After 5 days, I called the consulate and they said they haven't received any request.

@NLinSF @vfsglobalcare Its now been 50 days since our passport has been at the embassy in SF with no update whatsoever. Incredibly frustrated with the lack of help and gross negligence on your part. We've been calling, emailing & tweeting. We need our passports asap!

Can you please look into this and see if maybe its been dispatched to LA but the tracker hasn't updated? We need our passports for other official business as well.
