I have been facing network disruption since 14/07 evening and could raise ticket by only 16/07 via Myjio app. Engineer came & redirected it to another team saying hes the only 1 in this entire area and went away (1/2)
declining & blocking my calls. No calls received from @JioCare yet.
Kindly interfere in this matter and i would like to claim damages for the mental agony & the financial loss i gone through due to this issue as it was hard for me to work from home and (2/3)
