@MoCA_GoI @MoCA_GoI @airsewa_MoCA - Update: Air India has confirmed compensation disbursal (Case ID 37866783) and stated a PAYU payment link would be sent to my email. It has been over 24 hours and I have still not received the link. Have also followed up directly with the Nodal Officer.

Air India has confirmed in writing that the refund was already claimed by you over 4 weeks ago. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored. I have now filed a grievance with AirSewa. Refund status?

@makemytripcare Following up on my earlier post @MakeMyTrip @Rajesh_Magow - Air India has now confirmed in writing that the refund for my cancelled flight (Booking ID: NN2AJPI189636107507) has already been claimed by the travel agent. It has been over 3 weeks and I have still not received it.
