@cromaretail The worst in after sales service. Please pay extra for reliance digital or vijay sales but avoid #cromaretail at any cost. Such a bad experience with this brand. Bought two acs but their communication with the ac brands and their own after sales is disappointing.

For the first time not upgrading my s25 ultra with s26 ultra. Been upgrading every year for 3 years! Higher pricing coz of chip issue in india and lower value offered. Was so excited for my next but anyway! #samsung #s26ultra @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile
