When @OmarAbdullah a five-member Council of Ministers in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and included @javidahmaddarjk despite the presence of many senior leaders, it came as a surprise to many. Given the complex challenges facing the UT, and considering that Dar is relatively young with limited administrative experience—having earlier served only once as a Minister of State and not having held many major political positions—his induction did raise a few eyebrows.

However, the way he has been conducting himself as a minister has been equally surprising, but in a positive way. He has remained composed, listened patiently to people, held meetings with officials, and displayed a sense of balance and maturity in his approach impressively. At times, his conduct appears more measured than that of many senior ministers.
