थाना सारनाथ क्षेत्रान्तर्गत चौकी आशापुर से संबंधित एक भूमि विवाद के प्रकरण में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा Writ No. 3976/1985 में यथास्थिति (Stay Order) का आदेश पारित किया गया है। उक्त आदेश के बावजूद विपक्षीगण द्वारा मौके पर अवैध रूप से निर्माण कार्य कराया जा रहा है।प्रार्थी द्वारा निर्माण कार्य रोकने हेतु मना किए जाने पर विपक्षीगण द्वारा गाली-गलौज की गई तथा जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी गई, जिससे शांति व्यवस्था भंग होने की प्रबल संभावना उत्पन्न हो गई है।
प्रकरण में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश की अवहेलना की जा रही है, जो न्यायालय की अवमानना की श्रेणी में आता है। उक्त परिस्थितियों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए आवश्यक विधिक कार्रवाई एवं शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु पुलिस हस्तक्षेप अपेक्षित है। @DcpVns @varanasipolice
