Meet Shreepoorna S. Rao, who completed his https://t.co/YSvOF5fxhn in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras. Now, at just 24, this guy founded Arctus Aerospace, building India's future in the sky, and has raised $2.6 million from global investors.

It all started in 7th standard when he visited IIT Kharagpur, where aircraft models and wind tunnels inspired him to build flying machines.

He wanted to pursue Aeronautical Engineering, but he was allotted Civil Engineering at IIT Madras. Instead of giving up, he chose the ecosystem over the branch.

At IIT Madras, he got exposure to research labs, aerospace clubs, professors, and innovators who helped shape his vision.

Today, Arctus Aerospace is developing high-altitude UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) that can go up to 45,000 feet, useful for flood monitoring, railway inspection, and defence operations.
