Ordered cake on @Swiggy, promised 20-min delivery. Waited, but order not picked, delivery partner far away. Reported issue—no help response, no exec contact for cancel. Forced to cancel myself & pay full! 2nd time this BS. Uninstalling for good—no support in crises! #SwiggyFail

Booked a flight on Flipkart Travel, payment was debited but no booking was confirmed. Now, funds are held up for 7-9 days, leaving me unable to rebook. Flipkart needs to improve its travel service reliability.

@GoFirstairways Can you please refund money for flight which we have booked for 12May Patna to Bangalore. @Flipkart is saying money is not refunded by airline so they are not able to proceed and @GoFirstairways says they refunded. Now whoever is holding amount please refund.

@RailwaySeva we are travelling in 22354- B3 coach and toilet and dustbin of it is pathetic. No cleaning have been done so far. Can you please help here.
